Day 2 - Ultimate Abs
Day 2 and we are firing up the abs! If you are looking to maximise the challenge, grab your ankle weights and 1 x heavy weight (4-5kg). We always focus on control and form, however this workout also includes a lot of reps to maximise the burn through the core. Use the breath to help support the movement and keep that lower back connected.
