StrongHer is a 6-week strength programme for women who want to feel strong, capable, and energised — without extremes, restriction, or chaos.

Over 6 weeks, you’ll train 3 times per week with sessions that combine Pilates-informed movement and progressive weight training. Each week builds on the last, helping you grow stronger, move better, and gain confidence in your body.

You’ll also get a week-by-week nutritional plan designed to fuel your workouts, support muscle growth, and make your life easier — complete with shopping lists and recipes created by Rachel, our nutritionist and longtime Sculpt member.
