Yes! There's no long-term commitment required. It’s also very simple and just takes a click of a button - hassle free.

You can do all the classes with just bodyweight. There are lots of classes that also include some small pieces of equipment like resistance bands, weights, ball, and circle. Once you join, you’ll see a link to all the equipment i recommend.

Absolutely! When you join, I’ll direct you straight to the beginners section where you will find a 5 workout course designed to give you the basics. You can then start to build up your duration and intensity from there. Or just dive straight in! There are no rules here!
