Day 5 - Ultimate Arms Toning

If the arms aren't burning and shaking, you aren't working hard enough :) Optional weight recommendations are 1 x set of light hand weights or weighted mini balls plus 1 x heavier weight. Of course, using no weights is absolutely fine and you will definitely still feel it.
