Your Venue
Villa Nāos captivates with its minimalist design, seamlessly blending modern aesthetics with the island’s traditional charm. The crisp white exterior reflects the sun’s warmth, while the the raw authenticity of the stone pay homage to Kea’s architectural heritage. Inside, the villa boasts spacious living areas adorned with tasteful furnishings and curated artwork. Large windows flood the interiors with natural light, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere. Guests can indulge in the ultimate relaxation, whether lounging in the stylish living room or enjoying an al fresco meal on the expansive terrace.

Your Retreat Host
I’m Amy, Founder of Sculpt Pilates and your Pilates teacher & host during this retreat.
When putting a retreat together I always start with… ‘what would I like to do on a retreat…?! A retreat for me is not about finding yourself or having a big transformation, its about rest and relaxation and taking some time away from the norm.
Wellness is about finding balance and having fun whilst doing it and this Retreat totally embodies that. We are getting out of our comfort zone (or mine at least) with cold water swims and plunge tubs and then having the luxury of the hot water and sauna along with treatments on request.
As a trainer Pilates Instructor, I will be guiding you in two Pilates sessions a day that really help the body unwind, strengthen and energise. Movement is such a huge part of keeping the body feeling good and I cannot wait to help you on that journey.

To Book Your Space
Spaces are issues on a first come first serve basis.
To book your space, please complete the below form and you will receive a response within 24 hours. Please make sure to advise if you would like to book a shared or private room. Please not shared rooms will only be offered to two people booking together as these are double rooms.
Please note: A non-refundable deposit of 25% pp is required to secure your space. No further payment is required this side of the year. Payment plans will be set out in 2026 to make it manageable for you.
