    Another core workout that increases in intensity and technique. Bring the knees into the chest if you need a break throughout this routine as this one is a tough one, but you have totally got this - the last 5 classes will stand you in good stead to complete this workout!

    We have made it to the half way point, well done! In this session we put together lots of the varied core exercises form the previous 4 workouts and combine a variety of positions. Lets celebrate our effort so far and enjoy this workout!

    Workout 4

    This workout focuses on our core stabilisers and incorporates some challenging upper body positions. Take you time, breathe through the movement and try and keep the body lifted and core engagement throughout.

    Workout 3 includes a few more technical Pilates core exercises that really activate those deep core muscles. Make sure you listen to your body and take a rest if you feel your technique wavering. Most of all - enjoy!

    This workout expands on workout 1 by adding in progressions. I love this workout as it really shows how much you can add intensity to the same workout with a few tweaks. Keep listening to my queues to ensure we have excellent technique throughout and feel that core getting stronger and stronger.

    This first workout really focuses on great technique and core engagement. Whether you are new to Pilates or have been practicing with me for while this is a great workout. complete this workout fully without break before you move on to the next session.
