    I love a Power Pilates Class - but its not for the faint hearted! This session works the full body and is plank heavy. Any wrist issues, take you time and take extra rest in between exercises if you need to. Enjoy the power this class leaves you with.

    Day 2 - 7 Minute Killer Abs

    NO warm up, no cool down, this is 7 minutes of straight Ab burn. Great for toning and strengthening the core. Try and stay with me but if you need a break, bring the knees into the chest, take a couple of breaths, and come back to the burn.

    DAY 14 - LIVE SUMMER SCULPT CHALLENGE

    Your last workout of the Summer Challenge!!! Its a full body with all the weights today :) we are going for it, making it that little bit harder with the addition of ankle weights and a heavy (5kg) dumbbell. I hope you love this workout and are feeling more energised and stronger than ever!

    This short workout effectively works the arms and back to help tone the muscles and also promote great posture. Grab a tin of beans if you don’t have light weights to hand as this will make a big difference.

    DAY 10 - LIVE 30 Minute Sexy Sculpt

    This is 30 minutes of Abs & Glutes - I felt super energised this morning and i think that shows in this sessions as I definitely push you a little bit harder during this workout! I ask you to challenge yourself as much as you can whilst maintaining great Pilates technique so that you get the most out of this!

    DAY 7 - 30 MINUTE LIVE SUMMER CHALLENGE - Booty Burn

    Welcome to this Live Summer Sculpt workout - and today we focus on the Glutes. This 30 minute Booty Burn focuses on strengthening and lengthening and you will definitely feel the burn.

    DAY 12 - 28 Minute Weighted Abs & Upper

    Day 12 we are adding in some heavier weights to get even deeper into those muscles. I use a 5kg dumbbell here - you can also do this workout with just your body weight and it will feel just as good!
