One day workshop for Teachers

Freedom Through the Repertoire

All the creativity you will ever need is already inside the repertoire.

Saturday 17th October 2026
9:00am - 4:00pm
The Studio Space, Television Centre, London

A day dedicated to understanding the repertoire beyond the exercises, so you can teach with more confidence, clarity and creativity.

Teacher Collective members: £195 - n sale from Tuesday 21st July
General ticket price: £225 - on sale from Thursday 23rd July

Have you ever felt like you need to constantly create something new to keep your classes interesting?

A new exercise.

A new sequence.

A new idea.

But at the same time…

You want to teach real Pilates.

You want to stay connected to the method?

The answer isn’t to move further away from the repertoire.

It’s to understand it more deeply.

Because the original works are your roadmap.

This day is for you if…

You want to deepen your understanding of the original mat repertoire

You sometimes feel unsure about adapting exercises without moving away from the method

You want to confidently teach mixed-ability rooms while staying connected to the intention of the work

You want to create more intelligent, purposeful class plans rather than relying on sequences you have memorised

You feel inspired by classical Pilates but want to understand how to interpret it for the bodies in front of you

This day is to help you unlock the creativity that already exists within the work.

To understand the purpose.

The intention.

The connections.

So you can make confident decisions and create classes that feel fresh, purposeful and true to the method.

What to expect on the day

P.S I will be organising a drink afterwards nearby for anyone who would like to join for more of an informal catch up x
