12 consecutive days of Pilates workouts, designed to tone and strengthen the body and calm the mind during the festive period. It can be hard to maintain consistency during December so I have made these workouts short and effective so you get maximum results in minimal time.

    This session is all about combinations! We work the whole body and the weight really adds a big strength element to this session which feels so good! As always we practice control and stability through the core.

    There are certain exercises that are very particular to Pilates and ewe are exploring them in this session today. They are unusual if you haven't explored them before so take your time, listen to the cues and come into a reast position if it gets too much. Otherwise enjoy!

    This 14 minute workout is all about lengthening the legs, hips and glutes. So many of us are super tight in this area which causes all sorts of issues elsewhere so this is a great session for easing tension and stiffness.

    This workout is fast paced but still packs a good Pilates punch. We focus on strengthening through the arms and the shoulders whilst maintain core strength and stability throughout.

    Kicking the new week off with a full body toning session. no equipment, we are relying solely on our own strength and mobility, making this a nice start to the week

    We are giving our bodies some natural relief in this short mobility and stretch session. loosening up the limbs and mobilising the spine to leave you feeling naturally balanced and energised.
  • Day 3 - 21 Minute Abs with the Mini Ball

    Day 3 - 21 Minute Abs with the Mini Ball

    This workout can be completed with or without the mini ball and is a non-stop Abs session which helps tone and strengthen but also focuses on deep core stabiliser muscles.
