    Rudy starts us off with a lovely downward dog and then leaves us to sleep on the sofa. Meanwhile we are spending this 15 minute workout mobilising and strengthening the body. This really is al about setting you up for a great day - it wakes the body up, gets rid of any aches and pains, and leaves you feeling energised. x

    15 Minutes of building a seriously strong core - we work our deep abs as well as the superficial ones, leaving you feeling super strong. Ankle weights will make this workout extra challenging if thats your thing!

    This one is tough on the hip flexors, but the more we do, the easier it will feel and the stronger our hips will get. Well done for making it to day 5 of our challenge - keep showing up for yourself for these 15 minutes each day! x

    The humble tea towel is our equipment today - it works perfectly to keep the shoulders aligned so we can really focus on strength and mobility in the upper body! I really loved bringing this workout to my live class - i hope you enjoy it just as much on catch up!

    12 Exercises that increase in reps until we get to 12 and then we work our way back down - miraculously, this was exactly 15 minutes - that never happens. Stick your favourite Christmas music on and enjoy this workout and have a lovely Christmas! x
