Saturday 9 January 2027 | 9am - 4pm
The Studio Space, Television Centre, London, W12 7FA
A full-day workshop for Pilates teachers who want to understand the mat sequence more deeply, explore how the exercises connect and develop the confidence to bring their own creativity into the work.
We'll look at the repertoire as a connected system, exploring different lineages, interpretations, variations and transitions to understand why the work fits together as it does. There are so many perspectives within the Pilates tradition, and this day is about giving you the knowledge and context to explore them without feeling that every detail has to match the way one particular teacher taught you.
The aim is to leave with a deeper understanding of the mat work, the confidence to question and explore, and the trust in your own judgement to make thoughtful, creative choices in your teaching.
