Welcome!

I'm so pleased you're here.

I'd love this class to give you a little glimpse into what we do every Friday morning inside The Teacher Collective.

This isn't about copying a sequence or learning another exercise.

Instead, I would love for you to take the class through the lens of intention.

Notice how traditional Pilates matwork can be taught with creativity, curiosity and variety, without ever moving away from the integrity of the method.

My teaching is rooted in the original work, but I also believe that when we truly understand the repertoire, it gives us the freedom to teach in ways that feel fresh, engaging and completely responsive to the people in front of us.

I hope this class leaves you feeling inspired, with a few new ideas and perhaps a different way of looking at the work you already know.

Most of all, I hope you enjoy moving.

45 Minute Barely Touch The Ball Class

Welcome to this practice where today we work on removing the stability with a focus on two of the trickiest exercises in the traditional Matwork: Teaser + Shoulder Bridge. There are layers to this session and our bodies change from day to day, so chose the layer that feels right for you today without concern that you are failing. None of this is easy so treat it as a practice, which is exactly what it is. x

Want to go deeper?

The Teacher Collective is a space for Pilates teachers who want to deepen their understanding of the method, build confidence in their teaching and discover more creativity within the work they already know.

Inside the Collective, you’ll find:

Weekly class plans
New classes shared every week, giving you inspiration for your own teaching while showing you how the repertoire can be thoughtfully sequenced and adapted.

Classical mat tutorials
A deeper look at the original 34 mat exercises: exploring the purpose, connections and details that help you teach with more confidence.

Beyond the 34 tutorials
Exploring the wider Pilates repertoire outside the classical mat order, helping you understand how the full system connects.

Monthly deep dives
Dedicated sessions exploring different themes, concepts and areas of the method in more depth.

Self-practice
Time and space to continue your own relationship with the work, because the best teachers are always students too.

Community and conversation
A supportive space to share ideas, ask questions and connect with other teachers who are passionate about teaching Pilates with integrity.

The Teacher Collective isn't about collecting more exercises.

It's about understanding the work deeply enough that you can teach with confidence, creativity and your own voice.

Because when you truly understand the method, the possibilities inside it become endless.
