This is it! Day 7, your last day of this 7 day consistency Challenge. We focus on strengthening and elngthening during this workout, leaving the body feeling energised and refreshed (with a bit of burn thrown in of course) :)
Day 6 of the Spring Sizzle! This was a really tough first half of the class and then my recording decided to stop! you have a 14 minute workout to get done today - don’t underestimate it, you will still be working hard today. grab a pair of weights and ankle weights if you have them.
We are adding some optional weights into today’s session to give us that extra little burn. Focusing on strong connection through the core to activate those deep abdominal muscles and build amazing strength. Breath through the tough parts of this session and challenge yourself as much as you can.
Day 4 and we are over half way there in your consistency challenge! Today we focus more on upper body and core strength to give the legs a break after the last 3 days.
Day 3 and another strong Pilates session grounding our consistency for moving our bodies each day! some very technical work in this session and if you cant complete everything make sure you listen to your body and take a rest when you need to.
DISCLAIMER… i forgot to turn my mic on so the first 2mins 30 are a silent movie! Day 2 of our 7 day challenge and we are getting the body sizzling in this session! lots of core work, focusing on increased tempo and adding in lots of optional progressions to make sure we challenge ourselves.
