Workout 5 - 20 Minute Waist & Obliques

This 20 Minute workout is all about the waist & obliques! I am using 1kg hand weights to add an extra challenge but bodyweight will be absolutely fine too. Take you time and if you need to rest at all, take a few seconds and rejoin when you can. I really enjoyed this one - I hope you do too.
