Day 4 - 19 Minute Deep Core with Magic Circle

Optional equipment: Magic Circle
This is one of those workouts where you really feel the difference by adding in the equipment. The circle helps so much in activating the pelvic floor and deep core muscles that help our posture. Not necessarily a workout where you feel the burn, more of a workout that builds strength that makes life easier.
