Excuse the blooper intro!!! I use a 23cm Mini Ball in this workout. You can of course just use bodyweight, however the ball does contribute to a lot of the instability in this workout so if you aren't using the ball, you'll need to really focus on mind-body connection and engaging the muscles even more to get the most out of the session.
