Day 14 -25 Minute Dynamic Flow with Mini Ball

Welcome! I will be guiding you through a dynamic flow workout today that incorporates the Pilates mini ball as an option piece of equipment - bodyweight alone is also totally fine. This workout focuses on smooth movement, control and co-ordination. We explore some challenging movement in this workout so take your time and come into a rest position if you need to.
