BREATHE + MOVE is a three-hour immersive session designed to bring you back into your body, clear your head, and help you reset - physically, mentally and emotionally.

We start with Pilates - a guided session that focuses on strength, control and breath. Expect intentional movement that challenges and centres you without overwhelming. This is about moving with focus and building strength from the inside out - so you leave feeling steady, strong, and reconnected to your body.

After a short break, we shift into SOMA Breathwork with certified practitioner Lisa. This isn’t passive - it’s an active, rhythm-based breathing method that uses guided breath patterns and music to calm your nervous system, release physical and mental tension, and sharpen your focus. It’s designed to restore energy, improve resilience, and leave you with a clear sense of space - mentally and emotionally.

  • Our guest practitioner and certified SOMA Breath facilitator, Lisa brings a calming, focused presence to the breathwork journey. Her sessions are immersive, transformative and always accessible - helping you release tension, find clarity, and experience deep rest through rhythmical breathing and music.

  • Founder of Sculpt and your guide for the Pilates element of Breathe + Move, The aim is always to bring a grounded, empowering approach to movement. The sessions are designed to help you build strength, reconnect with your body, and move with purpose - no pressure, no perfection, just breath-led flow that meets you where you are.
