Join us for a grounding half-day retreat designed to bring you home to your body and back to your breath.
We’ll begin with a Pilates session: a mindful, flowing practice to gently awaken the body, build strength from the inside out, and ground you in the present moment. After a short break to reset, we’ll shift into immersive SOMA breathwork with our practitioner, Lisa.
Through rhythmical breathing, music, and guided intention, SOMA Breath invites you into a deeply relaxed, restorative state. This method activates the body’s innate healing intelligence, regulates the nervous system, and creates space for emotional clarity, energetic release, and inner transformation.
