Join us for a grounding half-day retreat designed to bring you home to your body and back to your breath.

We’ll begin with a Pilates session: a mindful, flowing practice to gently awaken the body, build strength from the inside out, and ground you in the present moment. After a short break to reset, we’ll shift into immersive SOMA breathwork with our practitioner, Lisa.

Through rhythmical breathing, music, and guided intention, SOMA Breath invites you into a deeply relaxed, restorative state. This method activates the body’s innate healing intelligence, regulates the nervous system, and creates space for emotional clarity, energetic release, and inner transformation.

Together, movement and breathwork become a powerful synergy, allowing you to drop out of the noise, reconnect to yourself, and leave feeling lighter, steadier, and more fully in tune.
