Spicy Summer Sculpt Challenge

Welcome to your 14 Day Pilates Challenge where together we are embarking on 14 brand new workouts that reveal a spicy strength & energy for the summer. Each workout can be completed with just bodyweight, however I will be using an optional piece of equipment with each workout for those of you that want to explore Pilates & props.

    Day 14 -25 Minute Dynamic Flow with Mini Ball

    Welcome! I will be guiding you through a dynamic flow workout today that incorporates the Pilates mini ball as an option piece of equipment - bodyweight alone is also totally fine. This workout focuses on smooth movement, control and co-ordination. We explore some challenging movement in this workout so take your time and come into a rest position if you need to.

    Optional Equipment: 1kg weights.

    Short, effective workouts are what we are all about and this one focuses on the arms - we are toning and strengthening for the whole session and move through the workout quickly - so stay focused and embrace the burn. If you want an extra challenge, you can add in a heavier weight - 4-5kg will really increase the strength element.

    Love me an Ab Burn - adding in the weights just adds that extra cherry on top to an already tricky ab workout. Lots of curl up work here so make sure you keep your core engaged so that we don't build tension in the neck. Otherwise, embrace the burn and enjoy!

    This is one of those workouts where you really feel the difference by adding in the equipment. The circle helps so much in activating the pelvic floor and deep core muscles that help our posture. Not necessarily a workout where you feel the burn, more of a workout that builds strength that makes life easier.

    Excuse the blooper intro!!! I use a 23cm Mini Ball in this workout. You can of course just use bodyweight, however the ball does contribute to a lot of the instability in this workout so if you aren't using the ball, you'll need to really focus on mind-body connection and engaging the muscles even more to get the most out of the session.

    Welcome to this power flow workout where we use strength, control, breathwork and flow to move through the workout in a dynamic way. Ankle weights are there for an extra strength Challenge however bodyweight will also be absolutely fine. Either way you are going to finish with loads of energy and balance.
