    Get ready to feel that Pilates Ab burn! Non-stop abs means we floe from one exercise to the other without rest. We will be working the whole time in a way that still supports the whole body, but focuses on Abdominal definition and toning. If you are struggling, take the rest you need and re-join the session when you can.

    This one is not for the faint-hearted. The first half of this session includes a lot of plank work on our hands, so if you need to take a rest in-between, just drop the knees and push back into Childs pose. Starting Strength Week with a super strong workout.
