    Pilates Ball is your optional piece of equipment in this workout which focuses on strength and mobility. The ball is going to really help with alignment and reach, so if you aren't using the ball, pay particular attention to your positioning.

    This workout really work the upper body and abs hard. Lots of control and deep core strength needed to keep our form strong - there will definitely be a few shakes and wobbles here but as always its about practice over perfection so rest if you need to and re-join in your own time.
